Learn what it means to grow wine “Bosc Family Style” through a guided tour of our facility. You will start in our award-winning St. David’s Bench Vineyard in the shadow of the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve to see first-hand the benefits of sustainable agriculture. Next, it’s on to our Harvest Room and underground geothermal cellars (note: guests will be walking up and down a flight of stairs). Of course, the tour would not be complete without sampling the finished product! One of our Wine Associates will take you through a guided tasting of four of our VQA wines.

Two Canadian cheeses and two locally made chocolate creations will be expertly paired with four of our premium VQA wines, including an Icewine. This is for those looking to experience a fuller portfolio of wines paired with either chocolate, cheese or charcuterie. These experiences have been carefully crafted to create the perfect pair. All of our chocolates are made exclusively for Chateau des Charmes by chocolatier Rebbeca Schmidt and the cheese and charcuterie pairings are built with the assistance of maitre fromagere, Afrim Pristine, from Cheeseboutique in Toronto.
