The wines that are produced from our St. David’s Bench and Paul Bosc Estate Vineyards are very special. The St. David’s Bench Vineyard produces wines with a distinctly “feminine” minerality, while the Paul Bosc Estate Vineyard has an earthier, “masculine” flavour profile. Our single vineyard wines can be enjoyed now or cellared for 5 – 10 years to increase complexity.
