Customers may return any product (except gift cards) that is in saleable condition (i.e. unopened) to the winery Boutique, provided it is accompanied by the original receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase. The guest will be refunded in the applicable tender as used for the purchase (i.e. debit/cash purchases returned as cash, credit card purchases returned to original credit card.)

All product returns require the guest’s name, address and telephone number and the guest’s signature to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Guests returning product must also show valid, government-issued photo ID to verify their identity. If a guest does not provide this information, the return will not be processed.

If you feel you have received a defective product, you may return the product to the winery Boutique for a replacement of equal (or lesser) value. Once the product has been returned it is given to our winemaking team so that they may conduct further investigation.

Return of a faulty product must indicate immediate discovery. Defective returns will not be accepted when the majority of product is absent from packaging.
