Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt; cook for 1 minute. Add turkey and sun-dried tomatoes; cook, breaking up with spoon, until turkey is beginning to brown, about 5 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes and sugar; reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Stir in spinach until wilted.
