Château des Charmes and our employees are dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality to all guests, including those with disabilities. We are committed to meeting requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).

We welcome feedback on how we are doing and will gratefully accept suggestions on ways we can improve in delivering outstanding Niagara wine country hospitality to guests with disabilities.
