An update regarding operations at Château des Charmes:

For the continued health and safety of our staff and guests, and in adherence with mandates from our provincial and federal governments, the Château des Charmes tasting bar is currently closed and all tours and events have been suspended for the months of March, April and May. We will provide updates regarding reopening as soon as they become available. 

Our boutique is still open but the operating hours have been adjusted as follows:
Monday - Friday: 11 am - 4 pm, Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Guests are encouraged to order from our website and enjoy complimentary shipping on purchases of 6 or more bottles (valued at $14.95+) – no coupon code required.

For orders within Niagara, a Château des Charmes team member will provide contactless delivery to your doorstep. For orders in the 416, 905, and most areas of the 519, our courier service, ALM Crown will provide contactless delivery to your doorstep. For orders in other areas of Ontario, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice on your door and you will be asked to pick up from your local depot. 

Kindly note, due to the influx of online orders, that delivery times may be longer than normal.
