2011 Château Rental Rates

May 1st through October 31st:
Venue fee: $4,000 plus HST based on up to 200 guests.
For each additional guest add $10 + HST.

November 1st through April 30th:
Venue fee: $1,500 plus HST based on 100 guests.
For each additional guest add $10 + HST.

On-site ceremony
Add $500 plus HST.

Château Rental Rates Include

  • Exclusive use of the Château from 6:30 pm through 1:00 am
  • Round tables, white table linens, and chairs for up to 200 guests
  • Marquis tent with clear sidewalls, used in the case of inclement weather
  • Lighting, podium & microphone, and wrought-iron patio furniture
  • Schott Zwiesel crystal wine stemware & Château serving staff
  • Comprehensive event planning & management including set up and tear down the day of your wedding
  • Private wine tasting for bride & groom to select wines to pair with menu
  • Private room for “bride’s sanctuary”
  • Trusted vendor referral list

Other Costs to Include:

  • Your meal. Menus vary in price though this will be the single largest line item in your budget.
  • Wine. All wine costs are based on consumption. You choose which wines to offer your guests and we will only charge you for how many bottles they drink.
  • Beer, spirits & non-alcoholic beverages. We have two comprehensive packages suited to meet your budget needs.
  • Flowers and décor
  • Additional rentals if needed (for example; band risers, ceremony chairs, tent liner etc.)
  • DJ or live band
  • Keepsakes for your guests. We have lots of ideas for wine and wine-related gifts!

 

The fine print:A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract are required to guarantee your reservation. An additional non-refundable deposit of the remainder of the rental fee plus HST is due 90 days prior to the function. Final payment must be secured with a credit card and is required on the day of the function.
