2011 Château Rental Rates
THE VINEYARD COURTYARD
Overlooking the St. David’s Bench Vineyard and against the backdrop of the Niagara Escarpment, this tented courtyard provides an exquisite and unique venue for seasonal family celebrations from May through October. Surrounded by a lush rose garden, the semi-permanent tent has lighting, a sound system and interlocking brick floor. It can be fitted with sidewalls in the event of inclement weather and seats up to 200 guests at round tables of eight.
Venue fee: $1500 + HST for groups up to 200 people
ST. DAVID’S BENCH VINEYARD ROOM
Located on the upper level, this room can seat up to 60 guests comfortably at round tables of eight. Hardwood flooring and a warm neutral palette provide an ideal backdrop for any décor theme. This room is best suited for smaller dinners or luncheons.
Venue fee: $600 + HST for groups up to 60 people
THE ESTATE ROOM
A large oak wine bar, brass chandelier and expansive bay windows overlooking the St. David’s Bench Vineyard add classical ambiance to this octagonal room suitable for a cocktail hour, intimate ceremony location or a late night buffet area.
Venue fee: $750 + HST for groups up to 54 people
EXCLUSIVE USE (from 6:30 pm to 1:00 am)
May 1st through October 31st
Venue fee: $4,000 plus HST based on up to 200 guests.
For each additional guest please add $10 + HST.
November 1st through April 30th
Venue fee: $1,500 plus HST based on 100 guests.
For each additional guest please add $10 + HST.

- Round tables, white table linens, and chairs for up to 200 guests
- Podium & microphone
- Schott Zwiezel crystal wine stemware & Château serving staff

The fine print:A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract are required to guarantee your reservation. An additional non-refundable deposit of the remainder of the rental fee plus HST is due 90 days prior to the function. Final payment must be secured with a credit card and is required on the day of the function.
Other Costs to Include:
- Your meal. Menus vary in price though this will be the single largest line item in your budget.
- Wine. All wine costs are based on consumption. You choose which wines to offer your guests and we will only charge you for how many bottles they drink.
- Beer, spirits & non-alcoholic beverages. We have two comprehensive packages suited to meet your budget needs.
- Flowers and décor
- Additional rentals if needed (for example; band risers, ceremony chairs, tent liner etc.)
- DJ or live band
- Keepsakes for your guests. We have lots of ideas for wine and wine-related gifts!
