Château des Charmes is proud to exclusively partner with Vintage Hotels, renowned in Niagara for their outstanding cuisine and expert service staff. Each Chef has a unique style. We have created inspirational menus, designed to provide you a glimpse into their creativity. But rest assured your guests’ specific dietary needs will be accommodated with ease. Once your menu is finalized, Michèle Bosc will then personally select a flight of wines paired to compliment each course.
