Our Wines

After more than 30 vintages we think we now understand what the vineyards are telling us.

Balance. Finesse. Structure. These are some of the words used to describe our wines. We would add food friendly and age worthy. We hope you will call them delicious.

Our premium single vineyard wines are a reflection of where they were grown. St. David’s Bench Vineyard wines are elegant with signature minerality. Just across the road, the Paul Bosc Estate Vineyard gives us wines that are bold and complex. Our Estate Bottled series of wines use high quality grapes from all four vineyard sites to craft wines that are consistent from vintage to vintage. And of course all our wines are grown using sustainable agricultural methods.

In our home, wine is part of every dinner. It’s how we celebrate the little things every day. Each of our wines is described in this section. They each have a recipe that was created for that wine by an Ontario chef featuring local ingredients. You might wish to use our wine search to browse wines by vintage and varietal. All of our wines are available for purchase on-line. Minimum purchase for shipment is two bottles. Ontario government laws allow us to ship only to Ontario residents who are at least 19 years old.
