Partnering with the world-renowned Toronto Zoo was a natural fit for our family. We have been using sustainable farming practices since the beginning when Paul Bosc founded Château des Charmes in 1978. We are proud to support the many world class conservation projects, research initiatives and educational programs the Zoo is active in each year. By working together we can further reduce our ecological footprints to help ensure a healthy planet for future generations of plants, animals and people.

This Chardonnay is fresh and crisp with notes of apple, grilled pineapple and a little nuttiness thanks to the extended lees contact (sur lie). Stainless steel fermentation and aging allowed these subtle flavours to shine.

This Cabernet-Merlot is a classically styled blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot that has been aged for six months in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is medium-bodied with layers of flavours. It will remind you of dark chocolate, raspberry and cassis.
