Harvested from 20-30 year-old vines from the Paul Bosc estate vineyard, the fruit for this wine shines through with notes of citrus, apricot and pear, a decided note of mineral tantalizing the nose. Brilliant straw, dry and mid weight, this is an elegantly balanced wine. Crisp acidity braces a lively, tangy rush of citrusy fruit, the lovely fresh finish offering a mineral flourish. Good wine, good value, and a fine match to broiled steelhead trout.
