This gamay noir has a peppery nose, backed up with some red cherry-berry fruit. The palate is light, with a dry, savoury aspect complementing the fruit. There's enough structure here to go with a diverse number of foods. Sometimes the best wines are the basic ones that showcase terroir and grape varietal character.
