On colour, this Cabernet Franc gives you all you would expect from this varietal, a bright and solid ruby colour. On the nose, you pick up hints of peppers and cassis. On the palate, you get a sense of smokiness, some strawberry and well refined tannins that keep surprising you as the wine breaths. I paired this wine with a top sirloin and a few friends, of course. 4/5 points.
